Terms of Use

By creating an account on Mobbia Global you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not play: that is a genuine choice and we would rather you took it than complain later.

Mobbia Global is an unofficial game server. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with CipSoft GmbH, and playing here gives you no rights in Tibia and no claim on any official service. See the FAQ.

One character per account

The server allows a single online character at a time per account. Playing with more open at once will get you disconnected.

One account per person

Sharing or selling accounts is not allowed. It makes cheating untraceable, which ruins it for everyone else.

You are responsible for your password

Anyone who logs into your account is treated as you. Nobody can recover a forgotten password, only reset it.

These are the reasons a ban exists. If you are about to do one of them and think it will be fine, it will not.

• Cheating. Client modifications, bots, scripts or any automation that plays for you.
• Exploiting bugs. Finding one and reporting it is good. Using it for an advantage before it is fixed is not, even briefly.
• Harassment. Harassing, bullying, doxxing or posting content that makes someone leave.
• Impersonating. Passing yourself off as a member of the staff.
• Trading outside the game. Selling Tibia Coins or items for real money outside the in-game channels. It also voids your protection when you get scammed.
• Software that harms others. Anything that attacks the server, another player, or your own machine.

Some parts of the world run on rules rather than on decisions, and it is fairer to say so up front than to surprise you:

• Houses have a monthly rent. It is paid out of your money in the house bank or at the depot in the same city. If the money is not there, the rent goes unpaid — and an unpaid house is a problem the staff will ask you about.
• A full server refuses new logins instead of letting everyone in and grinding to a halt.

Bans list their reason and date on the bans page. Short bans are for things like abuse; permanent ones are for cheating and for exploiting bugs for an advantage.

If you think a ban is wrong, contact us with your character name and we will look at it. Appeals are read by someone who was not involved in the decision. Arguing in chat is not an appeal.

Mobbia Global is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and we will tell you when we plan to stop, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not promise that your progress will never be lost to a failure.

Anything of real value, keep a backup of. That is the honest version of the promise.

We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and if a change matters for how you play, the account page will say so rather than leaving you to notice.
