No. Mobbia is an unofficial game server. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with CipSoft GmbH, and it is not connected to any official Tibia server or account.The game client you use is the standard client that Tibia players already have. Only the world you connect to is ours.

Android may say the app is “potentially harmful”. That is not a statement about this particular file. Mobbia is distributed outside the Play Store, and Play Protect warns on any package it has never seen before.You can check it yourself. On the Downloads page we publish the SHA-256 fingerprint of the signing certificate. It must match exactly the one in Settings › Apps › Mobbia › App details. If it matches, the file is the one we published.

In game, type /report or use the in-game report command and describe what happened. That reaches a moderator directly.If the game will not start, or you cannot log in, use Discord. Please include the exact time, what you did, and what you expected to happen. “It broke” is much harder to act on than “walking through the cave, a floor opened and the client closed”.

Use the password recovery link on the login screen. It sends a code to the email address on your account, and you set a new password with it.The password itself cannot be recovered — it is stored as a hash, so nobody, including us, can read it back.

Ask for the change from your account page. We save the new address but keep it inactive until you confirm it.Two things worth knowing. The confirmation link goes to your current address, not the new one, so nobody can take over an account by requesting a change to an address they do not control. And there is a waiting period before you can approve it. Nothing happens on its own.

Most often it is a ping timeout: your connection was interrupted for long enough that the server could not tell whether you were still there. It can also be a packet-rate limit — sending too many actions per second, which can happen if a key is held down or a program is automating the client.If it keeps happening, tell us with the time. That points at a network problem rather than the game.

Bans are listed on the Bans page with the reason and the date. Common ones are cheating, exploiting a bug for an advantage, and harassment.If you think a ban is a mistake, contact us with your character name and we will look at it.

Playing is free. Some conveniences are sold, like Tibia Coins, and those go through the official store so you can pay however you already pay.

It is the premium currency. You spend it in the store on outfits, mounts, hirelings and other conveniences. Selling and buying it with gold is done with other players, in the market.
